Jordan Schlipken Croes, new member of Holland House Colombia´s Board of Directors
Bogotá, Colombia. March, 2023. Jordan Schlipken Croes, director of Aruba Tourism Authority Latin America, has been appointed as one of the members of the Board of Directors of Holland House in Colombia for the period 2023- 2024.
For many years, the office of Aruba Tourism Authority has been part of and has actively supported the various activities of Holland House within the market. "We are confident that we can offer great ideas, support members and continue to develop plans together that will benefit the members of the Chamber," remarked Schlipken Croes.
The Board of Directors of Holland House is formed by 9 members, that are presidents or directors of Dutch-Colombian companies that seek to generate, discuss and promote business between Aruba, Curaçao, Sint Maarten and the Netherlands, and Colombia.
Jordan is a young professional who was appointed as the director of the Aruba Tourism Authority for Latin America (ATA). In November 2022 he took office and has since focused on working on new strategies to increase the number of Latin Americans visiting the island. Previously, he worked as ATA's Business Development Manager for Latin America. During his successful career he has worked and managed first-hand the Madrid, Spain market as a growth specialist at a partner company of Google, and furthermore, he has also led the Latin America and Caribbean projects in a multinational company focused on loyalty marketing. In 2021 Jordan Schlipken Croes returned to the Aruba Tourism Authority to work together with the Aruba team to increase and regain in numbers and quality of visitors that pre-pandemic Aruba received and, at the same time, explore new business opportunities to put Aruba on the list of 'Must visit' countries.
